Managing Conflict and Disagreement

In word press, we try to keep the level of rity of the conflicts that we kind of maintain in and around the like, friendly differences. Two people disagreeing on an idea as different than someone name calling or being racist or aem. For many, many members, the a five part formula that i use is a, first, compose yourself. Second, analyze the message, so figuring out what, what is actually happening here, who is saying this thing? And then a really important portion of step to is to empathize with the other person.
