Tsunino's Explanation

Tsunino's plan was to meet a man on the road to her brother's house, and then strike off to Edo. That man was a priest named Chikan, who'd spent some time at Rin Senji in the past. Tsunino stopped first at a pawn shop to sell as many of her belongings as she could,. Then made her way south to the Sekikawa checkpoint, the largest checkpoint on the road going down toEdo.
