Are You Coming Just Out of School?
When I started Trust Arc, I was a consultant. Now I was hired on full time to do consulting full time. It is one of the reasons why I don't think if you are coming just out of school, being a consultant is the best idea. That plus, if you have never worked in a company before yourself, I think it's really difficult to tell others what to do. The other consultants had the same reaction on the phone with potential clients that they were being sold a consulting package by other companies. And so I'd have to assure them on that because Trust Arc only hired experienced people as consultants.
