Iframes can be really good, but you do have to put a lot of care into that user experience and it has to be the right user experience. I think if you're careful with an iframe, you can develop a really good user experience. So in this case, it was a sidebar, which basically means that there's no overlapping content or anything like that. And that's actually one of the constructs that inbox SDK gives you. It's actually a sidebar view and you can just hook in an element there.
