How to Sell to Institutions to Get Your Project Through Zoning

In some cases we'll keep the seller in either by way of paying them making them sometimes a GP co-GP or we'll just delay a sale and let them run it through zoning because they have a better chance. 80 percent or more of our projects we are selling out in five years or more to get those returns to our investors, then redeploying that capital. There are others that we just own on our own we're doing with our own funds that we're going to keep long term as well or at least for their foreseeable future.
