The Danger of Unstructured Workouts
Some people move average power from the metrics. That's going to be the tendency mark because what happens is that your unstructured ride is unstructured. Your structured ride is so you suddenly have constraints. And when you're held up against constraints, that's when all the other stuff in your life is going to be evident. The fatigue will creep up on you and you'll notice it during your workouts. But don't look at your workouts as well as all the otherstuff that you're doing as well.
