Gabriella is this year's bb c global youth champion, a category in the annual food and farming awards. The prize was set up by the world service programme the food chain to recognize an individual aged between 18 and 30 who's tryind to change the way we produce, process, consume or even think about food. We'll discover why seaweed holds so much promise for impoverished community, for our diet and for the planet. And gabriel is going to take us down to the shore to witness up close her efforts to set up the farm.
