The most powerful person in the world is the story teller, says Steve Jobbss. The pixar rules of story telling can be adapted to a kind of story telling that you would be doing as a product manager. You are selling a product, but what is the customer buying? If the customer is the hero of your story, what is this customer really trying to buy? Ah, and that's why it's important to also make sure that with your writing, you're moving forward in terms of story telling.
