Sars was a massive turning point in the hong kong health care system and also the social practices of the cityand levy. The first thing i have to talk about, of course, is that there is still not consensus on whether or not china should be allowed to use this super computer for contact tracing. I think tis about 80 % a similarity to those two viruses. And sars did not start in hong kong. It was imported into hong kong from southern china. But it was amassive turning point in thehong kong health Care system and also thesocial practices of thecityand levy.
