The Effect of Weather Rain on Demonstrations in the Rain
Scientists looked at the 2009 Tea Party demonstrations by people in the US who are keen on lower taxes and smaller government. We explored a weather rain on the day of the protest in the town. Some people might be willing to do it, but a lot of people are not willing to protest when it's pouring down. And so when it rains, the fewer people go and protest.
