The Evolution of Philosophy in the 20th Century

If you look at 20th century philosophy, most of it was a disaster, and it didn't prove anything. And there was a renaissance in the near-Arcytilian-Platonic philosophy for the first time. At the same time, science was moving away from atomistic analyses to more systems-based analyses. This pushed back towards the notion of asking big questions rather than skinny, emaciated questions which are a bit like Sudoku. So yes, it's my own take on it, but also it's there visibly within particular movements within philosophy itself. I think it bodes wealth for the next 50 years, at least that would be my hope.
