The Importance of Putting People First

We make very clear from the initial interview process that we're employee first. We take care of each other and we really believe that that's going to allow us to create an environment that does actually produce incredible experiences and outcomes for our clients as well. And that's definitely been a huge driver. You also see things like, from a talent acquisition perspective, you also see referrals start to skyrocket. There's a pro in Ghana to referrals, where if you have a very diverse population of folks already in your organization, referrals are wonderful.
