How to Write Long Form Sales Letters?

I finished reading this really short book called the 16 word sales letter or something like that. It was written by one of the copywriters over at Agora and he basically talks through his framework for coming up with sales letters. The Ad Week copywriting Handbook by Joseph Sugarman is probably the definitive guide in my mind to writing a sales letter.
