The Anti-Federalist's Role in the Constitution
If there is anything standing in the president's way, it would seem to be Congress. We've never done an episode on the anti federalist; I think maybe we should. The framers of the Constitution went to some lengths to make clear that the federal government was one of delegated and therefore limited powers. And they are all described in Article 1, Section 8 of the Constitution.
