The Role of Emotion in Persuasion
People make decisions emotionally and then they justify em rationally. We prove this many different ways in our training, because people kind of don't fully believe us. And so it's really important to remember exactly your point. In we're a training company, and we've trained about over 300 thousand people over the last 27 years. That's an example that will help to justify but it really its an emotional decision.
