The Forces That Keep Us From Connecting With People

The internet is really the desire path to quick connection, but those connections may not be very filling. I think the biggest limiter for most people is time. So many other choices that we can do to try to pretend we're filling the void of intimacy and watching some kind of streaming channels or another whatever. It gives you these little hits of dopamine. But what you're missing out on is maybe those larger floods of oxytocin when you really get deep with someone.
