How to Be Proactive From Day One
Joanna: It's not going to be easy joining any company, but being proactive from day one is a very important part for me to always keep in mind. The bigger the company, the harder it gets and you'll probably be able to see this, especially if you're joining an enterprise company with like a lot of people in it. Communication is going to be a big big skill, no matter which context you're in. And that's important to remember for UX maturity growth.
