Is There a Need for Better Planning for the Post Covert World?
In Int 21 alone, indias startup eco system generated around two lack jobs. This was happening during the pandamice and when larger corporations were down sizing massively. But 20 21 was also the year of funding peak, a bull market, the ipo rush. Expanding when demand rises and down sizing when it falls to save up cost may help in closing more funding rounds but still takes away browny points for following cost cutting measures. Many like hursh are losing faith in them as the best places to work.
