Sleep Matters

The evidence is overwhelming that we require seven to nine hours of sleep. Less than point one % of the population carry a jean that allows them to function optimately at four or five hours a night. The likelihood nybody in this room has that gean us pretty low. But i have a very hard time believing that in this current age and for the rest of our lives, sleep will not continue to be one of the most important things we do.
