The War in Ireland

A policy of terror was adopted by the British Armed Forces in Ireland. It's difficult to understand at this time exactly how insurgency and counter-insurgency are interacting, says Limbs. In 1797 the Dragooning of Ulster takes place which is a process of belatang of freak waters on civilian population. The military machine begins to move from the north where these abuses have already been very widely publicised, it begins to move to southern counties including Wexford.
