Is There a Better Way?

The past, and the past way of doing things is a big one too, isn't it? And that seems to be where a lot of coaches still are stuck. It's very easy to to ascribe the the winds to skill and the losses to luck. That's a pretty sure way to put yourself in bad spots. The feedback certainly int like ushes one to that direction. But some of the ideas, like drill make over, applying evidence to ideas round skill acquisition, or more learning to what we do.
