The Story of English

The oldest known ancestor of english, the endo european language. This is also the oldestknown ancestor of almost all f the languages of europe and central asia. The vocabulary is so far removed from modern English that we only see glimpses of words that will eventually become recognizable to us. So how did we get from there to here? Well that's the question i'm going to answer over the course of this podcast series.
