Animal Products and the Importance of Including Them

i know quite a few of people who are vigants, and i must honestly admit that they do not necessarily look particularly healthy. And am, it seems like animal products have someo unique value in providing all these essential nutrients. In fact, meat has something like 50 thousand separate compounds. It's not like, you know, a protein, fat and a few vitem. There's 50 thousand auon pounds within meat. I meat has it in the ratio that we need, near the exact ratios that human meat beings need those things. We don't eed carbohydrates that can be beneficial, for sure, but we don't need them.
