Smoking in the Dorm Room
In the seventies, you could smoke. You were smoking in a lot of the schools. So i if i had to bet, make a wager here, i would put my money on smoking was allowed in the dorms,. And who knows how late they stayed up. We know that there was not much schooling or academic activity that was going to be taking place over the next several ays so this was the time to kind of let loose.
