The first step is to get clear on why you want to declutter. Make a date with yourself, put it on your calendar Saturday from 11 to 12. Pick a positive outcome because that why is what's going to keep you motivated right we all know beating ourselves up isn't a motivator. So start small and celebrate your success if you get let's just say you get your utensil drawer in the kitchen. Take a moment the next time you're setting the table and be like, this is so much easier to deal with now.
