The Future of the US Dollar
The US dollar is expected to be replaced by a new currency in the late 2020s or early 2030s, says Julian Zelizer. He argues that being the world's reserve currency causes countries to borrow beyond their means and get away with it for decades. "This all has to come to a head at some point," said economist Robert Trifton.
