Just because they're the loudest doesn't mean they're the most. Be prepared for short term downturn, a short term downturn before a longer term upswing. If you change, you may have to take two steps backward before you take three or four or five forward. That's okay. Remember change is inevitable. Progress is optional. There's only two times that people ever change: When they want to and when they have to. And our organizations will do it when we choose to.
