The patient is a forty five year old spanish speaking female with a past medical history of obesity type to diabedes and hypertention. She had a recent laproscopic colosistectome at an outside hospital about three weeks ago. An her chief complaint when being admit to the hospital was ongoing abdominal pain three weeks prior to surgery, that has persisted after surgery. And she's been admitted to the hospital for about one week, and was initially on antibiotics for pylonophritis, and she has not had any improvement.
