I think it's advantageand advantageous to be vulnerable when you're faced with situation where you are lacking in knowledge about a certain area. I do think, you know, i see this actually with women more so than men. And i've coached many women where i've said, hey, you can do this job. Don't sell yourself short. Go for this bigger job. Just to know, just take a chance and a it's ok to say that you don't know things. But as long as you say, i have a plan to learno, these are the things i don't know. My plan to learn them. Praym ok.
