The Investigation of Bijus Ravindarun

The enforcement directorate has conducted search and seizure operations at three premises of Bijus Think and learn private limited in Bangalore. FEMA searches also revealed that the company has received an FDI to the tune of rupees 28,000 crore between 2011 and 2023. Though the company has not prepared its financial statements since the financial year 2020 and 2021, the investigation has not got to the accounts audited, which is mandatory. And while several summons were issued to the founder and CEO, Biju Ravindarun, he has always remained evasive and never appeared during any of the investigation.
