How to Train Your Ears to Pick Up on the Tones in Chinese
I find it sometimes really difficult to believe that there could be someone who like someone could just pick up the language to a very high level just through listening as an adult but I'm definitely open to it. There is less variety in terms of vowels and consonants in Chinese but that is made up for in the fact that there's also tones. When you remove the tones then it's just in a whole other level of homo everything sounds the same right.
