How Do You Persuade a Judge?

There's no one size fits all approach to persuasion. The way you persuade a judge is going to be different from the way that you persuade a jury. One thing i've seen several times is the use of technology. And i think also recognizing that generation will divide, especially like the youngest generation coming into the office.
