The Corbin Project Was Not a Left From the Ground Up

People felt completely a gas lit in the parlance of our times. The 20 19 election was a real kind of high point in media lies and misrepresentation. Conservatives and liberals were willing to get into bed with each other so they could defeat the left. This was nota left from the ground up. It wasn't based on a thriving and strong trade union movement. Quite a lot of it was a kind of very shaky, a thin political project dominated by a cast of precarious commentators and journalists.
