The Magic of E CPR

Most of the time in cardiac arrest, they get a pulse back and they lose it again. The magic of E CPR is not even getting them out of the initial rest. Past that, you're not going to make it through the next three to five days with that ECMO. Even if that patient got a pulse back, if they had 60 minutes downtime, I think you still put them on pump.
