A big problem that we have here with with farmers is that they're getting in the farm shops in the villages, and you're getting access to these insanely powerful pesticides herbicides and fertilizers. They tend to overuse them. And this even goes towards like, I don't know, like in wine production, there are a sulfites that you add to wine. That protect the wine from oxidation. It's sad because some of the projects that comes out of the farmers market, essentially, even more laden with these things as people don't know how to apply them.
