Are You Paying Well Below Market?
Remote work has become an expectation and there's a couple of things happening here. I think this employer is paying below market. That could be the way you kind of discuss it to go look. Ultimately, my salary goal is to get to 85 grand. At the moment, I can see I'm paid well below that. Can we have a discussion about how salary is a benchmarked here? Because you make that problem about what the problem is rather than about the fact that you want to pay rise. Actually, what you want is to be paid market rate.
