How Do You Lead in a Gray Zone?

In this gray zone moments, people lose trust in institutions that have come under significant pressure and pushback. One of the things that the digital revolution does is it exposes. So when injustices are able to be exposed, it's much harder to build a government but everyone struggles to drain power. But if you look at any form of human endeavor, any form of injustice can be exposed just by posting on social media or making a YouTube video about it.
