The Importance of Individuals in Access Problems

I don't know of many institutions, and I could totally be wrong about this. But like I've never heard someone from a, from an institution be like, yeah, video games don't matter. It's just like, they can't do anything about it in a useful or meaningful way. And so why spend any resources when they could spend those resources being actually very effective in something like, you know, books or audio visual media or something along those lines? He says he thinks there will be a lot of institutions that will be excited to start tackling the actual access problems once legal barriers are lowered.
