Federal Reserve Accountability Act
Pat Toomey introduced the Federal Reserve Accountability Act. The bill would reduce the number of Fed Regional banks from 12 to 5. John Avlon: I don't think that it will happen because changing the structure of the Fed is something that kind of everybody wants to do, but no one agrees on how. He says Congress can ultimately do anything they want to them through legislation if they got angry enough.
