The Monoculture of HTTP Requests in Elm
Rails is very productivity focused. Whereas something like Haskell is almost more, it originally was a research language,. So it's about what you can do with that. And all of the sort of things you're used to having built in are not there. Elm, everybody uses the one way to do HTTP. That's it. You can use other things that are built on top of it if you want, but there's a monoculture when it comes toHTTP requests and package usage in the Elm ecosystem.
