The World Grid and the World Game

Informality and the lack of explicit clarity are often essential to being flexible. We still have to be vigilant here because thinking about the world grid, it could be configured in a different way. And so one of the things that we're proposing with our world game exercise is that who's monitoring these spontaneous cooperative ventures? I mean, but just tracking to see how are they happening.
