Chris S. Cornell's story is an impressive one. 

At 53, he weighed nearly 300 pounds. Now, at 57, he finds himself 80 pounds lighter and accomplishing physical feats that would challenge men twenty years younger. 

How has he done it? By creating rules for himself. Non-negotiable lines in the sand.
