The Job of an Architect Is to Have a Holistic View of the User Experience
An architect's job is to have a holistic view and bring everyone to that level of shared understanding about what happens when a user runs into a problem or, alternatively, what happens when they have a good experience. We've all had the experience where we're using and installing new software and we're ready to screen. So again, in his respect, he's saying that we need to make sure that people don't have that type of experience.
