Leadership and Management Aren't the Same Thing

i feel like it doesn't have to just be one personality to do this. i've carried every single role that i've had in head of any team, whether it's open source or professional, as a inspirational leader. But i've never really actually looked into what as the management practice and what aregood habits that i would need myself in order to be happy and successful. So that's something that i'm now focused on. An my professional career is just like trying to actually be rigorous about how do we create et software? How do we create a environment forget software? And i think open such projects are a perfect testing for this type of challenge.
