If there are microscopic warm holes consistently coming in and out of existence. It wouldn't be particularly difficult to map and measure over time giving enough time. One year is a millennia for us. So given enough time for them, they would effectively map out warm holes that we essentially act like trains almost where they can visit. Other dimensions and I could make the argument that we could be surrounded by intelligence. All the time, like our universe could be absolutely teeming with intelligence.
