The Importance of Strength Training

I'm a big believer in the in a little bit of strength training But I think guys should do strength change too. Do not go from running really fast to running really slow quickly Don't do it. If you are in deficit during a workout or a race whatever it is, you're not gonna recover well and then it's not about trying to have your body train on fats. It's like if you fuel and then you set yourself up for recovery then your body's gonna already be recovering.
