There's there's evidence to show it takes four to six weeks for creating from saturation levels. So, yeah, if you go off creating for a week, it's not going to have a big impact on your muscle creating levels. Eric Holtman was the first study to do it in 96 he actually showed it doesn't only 2010 to 12 weeks in seven days. And I took it with 30 days to come back with Vandenberg was the other one that put it in real life terms in young females. They're young people we've done a study where we measure 12 weeks post and they still maintain some strength.
