His built into a one point nine million dollar portfolio of multi family properties from scratch. liquidity is one of the biggest things you needt realize when you're investing. If you make a mistake anywhere along those lines, you got crucified. So i'm just saying that i wouldn't recommende starting with a 200 unit apartment house,. I don't care how smart you are, you'll still make a mistake. The most important thing in real estate is how do you find it and finance it? Those are the three pieces.
