What's the Most Important Part of the Briefing Process?
It's not about when we say finding it, it's more about discovering and confirming that the asset is something that's going to be in line with their brief. We'll never take on a client and a brief that we know we can't purchase for. That's really important to us because otherwise we're wasting our time,. We're wasting agents time, we're wasting vendors time and potential clients. How often do you find someone's expectation is out of line with their budget? It can be quite often, but we'll bring that back into expectation first of all.
