I think that that revelation of the recorded videos versus what you did, that to me was the big light bulb moment. I just really believe in this, the personal touch of an authentic human. Not at the beginning days of internet selling, but now when we've all seen the glitzy glamorous, well produced branded stuff,. We want something more real. When you do a live video, it is just you and talking, talking. Let people know in advance that you're going to be doing it at a certain time so that when you pop up live, you want to be thinking straight away right from the beginning that you're talking to somebody who's interested in your work.
